Ingredients
- 1 banana, cut in chunks
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 (6 ounce) tub vanilla or plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup arugula
- 1 1/2 cups fresh spinach leaves
Directions
- Place the all the ingredients into a blender. Cover, and blend until smooth, stopping frequently to push down anything stuck to the sides. Pour into glasses and serve.

It was pretty good, but you kinda have to develop a taste for it. It’s super healthy though!
Have you ever tried making a smoothie with an avocado instead of a banana? I am asking you, before trying it, since I figure you might have more experience with this stuff.
I’ve never tried making smoothies with avocado but I’m sure it would be good.
