
Last week I decided to make a vegetable omelette for dinner and it tasted delicious! Here my recipe for it, hope you like it
To make this recipe, you will need:
- carrots
- celery
- green pepper
- eggs
- egg whites
- egg beater mix
- cheese

Gather all of your vegetables on a plate over a cutting board.

Cut out a quarter of your green pepper and then proceed to cut all of the vegetables.

Gather your cut vegetables together.

Put a whole egg in your mixing bowl.

Add in your vegetables.

Add in some egg whites and egg beater mix and mix it all together.

Spray your pan with pam of any other nonstick spray.

Pour your egg mixture into the pan.

Take a fork and bring in the edges of your eggs. This will help you make this into an omelette.

As you can see, my omelette broke. But scrambles are just as good

Place some cheese on it if you like, this step is completely optional. Fold some of the other eggs on top of it to help it melt.

Place it on your plate.

Add toast(also optional) and your done!
