I can already here the Christmas songs and my tree went up today. But this is also a time when many people gain weight. So my mission is to lose weight during this Christmas season and post more.
I also decided to change my blogging style alittle bit. I’m gonna add one personal post a week with pictures of meals, fun stuff that happened and random things. I think it’ll make this blog a bit more personal and would be super fun for me.
Get down to 139 lbs
Post 3x a week
1500 calories a day
Clean eating 6 days a week
30 minutes of cardio/6 days a week
BodyRock/6 days week
15 min of target strength training/4 days a week(arms,abs,butt,legs)
Revamp blog(so excited)

Waist- 27 in
