Deck of Cards Workout

Inspired by the Biggest Loser Version, this is my own take on the workout.

Number on card  + Suit exercise.   For Royals and Aces, do the number of repetitions stated + the suit.

Spades: Jump Squats

Diamonds: Push ups

Clubs: Bicycle Crunches

Hearts: Jumping Jacks

Royals(King, Queen, Jack): 10 repetitions

Ace: 11 repetitions

Example:

For the 7 of diamonds you would do 7 pushups.

Do the whole 52 deck of cards for an awesome workout.

  1. I added 10 burpees for each joker! A few burpees never hurt anyone! What a great idea for a workout you can do anywhere. When I travel I’ll always make sure I have a deck of cards in my suitcase!
