Revisited February Goals

Run 55 mi(took a rest week because of my foot pain)

Bed by 10 pm

Stretch after workouts(nope)

Make sure eating well(nope)

Read Grace and Born to Run

Rock my 5k(was awesome!  recap coming soon)

Run outside more(this week I ran outside twice!)

3.5/7 Got half completed but want more next month.

March Goals

Do every run in Half Marathon Training

Stretch daily

Do another race

Get down to 145 lbs

Finish application for summer program
