Easy Peanut Butter Pancakes Recipe

Maple Syrup on Pancakes

I was craving pancakes and peanut butter all day so I decided to come up with an recipe for it.  These are super simple and take about 10 minutes to make and they come out delicious.  Put on as many or as little toppings as you like.

Ingredients

1 cup Fiber One Pancake Mix

2/3 cup Water

As much PB2 as you like(the more you use, the more peanut butter flavor)

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Heat up you frying pan and spray the frying pan with Pam.
  3. Pour the pancake mixture onto the pan and when bubbles form on the edge of the pancake flip it and cook the other side.  Do until done with entire batter.
  4. Makes about 5-7 pancakes.
