April Goals + Revisited March Goals

Revisited March Goals

Do every run in Half Marathon Training(even though I didn’t do every run, I kept up with training and that’s good enough for me)

Stretch daily(not a chance)

Do another race(my 10k was fantastic)

Get down to 145 lbs(nope)

Finish application for summer program(nope)

2/5 is pretty bad.  April must be better.

April Goals

No weigh in(will only be disappointed, take weight the 1st of May)

Say no to overeating

PR at my 5k and 10k this month

Keep up with Half Marathon Training(only 7 weeks to go)

60 mi total

Study more(one hour daily)

Begin to plan Summer XC Training

Post intake on twitter daily

Start(maybe finish) Games of Thrones book
