Hot Bod 4 Week Challenge: Week 1 Review

SG in Bikini 3 edit

I hope Week 1 was awesome for all those that participated.  Week 1 was not very good for me though.  I ate food I wasn’t suppose to eat and didn’t workout. My cop out is school’s almost over for me and I have to do projects and study for finals but I still should have done better.

This week I’m gonna try and start insanity and continue running and eating healthy.  I’m going on vacation in 8 weeks so it’s crunch time.  I hate being unhealthy and not working out, I feel so lazy and gross.  Here is my workout schedule(but it is subject to change): Continue reading

First Half Marathon Training

Yesterday I ran my second 5k(recap coming soon) and the next logical step in my mind is to run a half marathon.   It’s one of my New Year’s Resolutions and now that I have fixed my foot issue I think I’m ready.  I’ve created a personal plan for myself that is based on my goals and schedule.  Since I’m also not sure what each week will hold, I will be posting my schedule on a weekly basis.  Here is my schedule for this week: Continue reading

I have good news and bad news this week.   Continue reading

Styling Assignment #2: Strength

This is the 2nd styling assignment!  The theme was strength and I think I managed to capture it.  When I think of strength, I think of physical strength, mental strength, the ability to ask for help, overcoming adversity and eating disorders.  I also think of the Women’s March on Versailles which is, if you don’t know, when women marched to the Palace of Versailles to talk to King Louis XVI and get bread for their starving children.  The inspiration for this assignment came from MAC Cosmetics Strength line where they have a female bikini competitor in gorgeous makeup and a dress.  I just love that they are glorifying women being strong and showing that having muscles is beautiful.   Continue reading

OOTD + Over 1,000 likes on Facebook!

There was lots of snow this morning so I had a delayed opening!  But because of the snow I wasn’t able to wear the outfit I planned to wear 😦  So instead I put together this outfit quickly and it was comfortable and it was okay if I got rain and snow on my boots.  Today I wore a babydoll top with a gray cami underneath, a blue scarf, blue jeans and black Ugg boots. OOTD+I ran 3.5 miles!

This was my outfit today and can you tell I love it?  I am without a photographer so I placed the camera on the piano and set the timer to 10 seconds.  I’d say they came out pretty good for a first try.  I’m wearing a black camisole, blue armani exchange sweater jacket, black leather pants and wedge fuzzy booties.  I just posted these on lookbook and pose:thehautebunny(ps follow me!).
