The Art of Getting Back on Track

When I was seriously losing weight last year, I was very strict.  I would count every calorie that went into my mouth and would always say no to food that wasn’t in my meal plan.  As time went on, I got less and less strict to the point where I’m right back to where I started(not weight wise but diet wise).  So I’ve come to the conclusion that I need to learn to say no again and I’ve created a list of things to do(because as many of you have come to realize, I love lists). I’m so incredibly annoyed with myself.  Like I gained weight this week and I know why.  I ate badly and I didn’t workout as much.  Why do I do this to myself.   My weight has been yoyoing for a while and I hate it.  I just can’t get it down.  But then I found this photo and it kinda helps:

December Goals

I decided to change the format of my goals and have less so I can focus on them.  Here are my goals for December:

Get down to 137.5 lbs

Be able to run 20 minutes straight

Enjoy the holiday season

Get all grades to at least a 90

Eat better on the weekends!(this is always when I falter)

Learn 3 new yoga poses

Complete the 30 Day Butt Lift

Keep carbs around 150 g/day

Countdown to Christmas Challenge

I can already here the Christmas songs and my tree went up today.  But this is also a time when many people gain weight.  So my mission is to lose weight during this Christmas season and post more.

I also decided to change my blogging style alittle bit.  I’m gonna add one personal post a week with pictures of meals, fun stuff that happened and random things.  I think it’ll make this blog a bit more personal and would be super fun for me.
